Support staff for free technical are available 9-5 Monday through Friday eastern U.S. time. If you don't reach a live rep when you call, please leave a message. We make every effort to respond to free support calls with one business day. For enterprise customers, Annual Support Plans provide 24x7x365 support staff via a separate, dedicated support line that you receive when your Support Plan begins.
